PAYMENT:

X Collection Antwerp accepts the following methods of payment:
Bancontact, Visa, , MasterCard, PayPal and Ideal.
For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Any PayPal account must be used in the name shown on your government issued identification document. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.
Some states also assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Your sales tax will be not be automatically calculated.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 7-11 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
Shipments outside Europe might subject to customs controls and clearance procedures and, as a result, delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of all shipping duties and taxes. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes which may be levied by customs when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs offiice for further details and to confirm the current import restrictions and duty rates.

RETURNS

Only X collection can be returned to Xcollection Antwerp, (collab tdbt X collection Antwerp can not be exchanged or returned or refunded) Augustijnslei 263, 2930 Brasschaat Belgium within 14 days after delivery in original state and packaging after approval.

The transport costs and service are provided by the customer.

Please include the completed return document that is included in your shipment. REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days.
